Abstract submission extended deadline
An extended abstract (2.000 – 3.000 characters) in English should be submitted, no later than April 17 April 30, 2026, describing the aims of the paper, methodology and preliminary results.
Participants can send up to 2 abstracts/papers as a single author or in collaboration.

Final paper submission deadline
After the conference, the authors should submit the paper presented at the IECS, no later than October 30, 2026. Papers written in English should be of 6-14 pages long and must comply with the guidelines described in the IECS 2026 Template.
